I think I hit the jackpot ladies and gents. I love to make popsicles with my cheap little popsicle mold from the dollar store. You know it’s summer when the popsicle mold sits on the kitchen counter or in the dish drying rack on a daily basis. Let’s be real here, everyone loves popsicles. And, nothing says the word “summer” like Cantaloupe & Honey Dew Wine Popsicles!
There is no such thing as laid out by the pool during summer without a popsicle in your hand, and; better yet this time, made of fruit & wine.
There’s a lot of things that I do not miss while I am on the road traveling, like we are right now. One thing I do miss is the easy access to make ice pops or popsicles. For those of you luckily sitting around reading this blog post, don’t hesitate to make these Cantaloupe & Honey Dew Wine Popsicles while you still can. Seasonal fruits only last a certain amount of time and you can’t forget the beautiful edible flowers that are bright and poppy.
