All I can say right now is YAS KWEEN! If you don’t already watch Broad City on Comedy Central, don’t start now because it’s horribly amazing. Or, amazingly horrible? Just watch it.
Anyway, yas kween, I totally made Dark Chocolate Fudge and it’s fucking incredible. I don’t use that kind of language here on the blog but it’s sort of just slipped out because it’s amaze balls. I’m talking Dark Chocolate Freaking Fudge, people! It’s beyond me that I waited so long to start testing a recipe like this. It’s healthy, he told me, and it’s CHOCOLATE!
Forget about diamonds, chocolate is every girl’s best friend and foe just like our older sister that knows how to give the perfect hugs. Thanks for all those hugs you gave me, Lala, I have some fresh fudge now so we can save the hugs for later. If you’re worried about not getting your hands on this quick enough, don’t be, I’ll make you a batch soon enough.
This recipe for Dark Chocolate Fudge is perfect for any event or holiday. You can scoop them with a mini scooper or roll them into balls with your hands. You could also make them in cool silicone ice cube molds for neat little fudgy shapes. As long as you make some fudge, you can eat it anyway you want to. My preferred method is to scoop it right out of the bowl with a spoon straight into my mouth like a freaking airplane.
Did your parents do that to you when you were little? Anddddd here comes the airplane in the shape of a spoon headed right towards your mouth like that’s supposed to be normal. And it’s kind of weird that children automatically react so well to that and the first instinct is to open their mouth. Like, why would you open your mouth when on airplane in the shape of a spoon with food on top is coming your way? I don’t know, I’m just saying. I think it’s weird that they did it to me and I’m not sure I’ll do that with my kids. Don’t take any offense if you do that with your children. I just find it kind of weird and ridiculous at the same time.
But, if you might ask, that’s how I eat my Dark Chocolate Fudge, like if an airplane full of creamy goodness was headed into my soul.
